Evan Gonzalez has been chosen to be one of five members of the 2025 Distinguished Graduate Research Program (DGRP). Through the PNNL-WSU Distinguished Graduate Research Program (DGRP), Ph.D. students will earn a stipend along with benefits, funded by their WSU and PNNL advisors, while working under a prestigious graduate committee on nationally relevant research.
Evan is pursuing a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering with Professor Jinwen Zhang; he looks forward to collaborating with PNNL scientists, including his advisor Wenbin Kuang, and gaining access to specialty equipment.
