Washington Mass Timber Accelerator Starts Up

Pouria Bahmani

The Washington Mass Timber Accelerator (WMTA) organization, a non-profit organization dedicated to removing key barriers and accelerating the widespread adoption of sustainable mass timber construction in Washington State, has officially been established. Also known as MassTAc, WMTA is working to make Washington a leader in low-carbon, high quality construction through increased utilization of locally manufactured mass timber.

For more information on how to connect and support WMTA, please reach out to Dr. Pouria Bahmani, CMEC professor and WMTA Technical director and co-founder.
