WSU Safety Training

Washington State requires safety training.

  1. Go to the safety training site, click on WSU Online Safety Courses and complete the 12 training modules listed below:
  • Back Safety and Injury Prevention
  • Slips, Trips and Falls
  • Emergency and Fire Safety Prevention
  • Portable Fire Extinguisher Safety
  • Office Ergonomics
  • University Laboratory Safety – Working Safely
  • University Laboratory Safety – Analyzing Chemical Hazards
  • University Laboratory Safety – Analyzing Physical Hazards
  • University Laboratory Safety – Developing and Using Controls
  • Risk Assessment
  • PPE – Eye and Face Protection
  • PPE – Hand Protection
  1. After completing all the modules, email your certificates to Joshah Jennings.

CMEC Safety Training

All CMEC labs require training before access is granted.

  1. Print out this form, fill in your information, and check off the boxes as you read the PACCAR safety PDF.
  2. Sign the form and bring it to Joshah Jennings in PACCAR 133.
