Nelson Treehouse designs and builds very elaborate and impressive homes in trees off the ground. To accomplish this, they have engineered some very unique and robust fasteners for all their applications. Trees tend to move and sway in the wind, so their fasteners have to be strong but also accommodate movement. The top picture shows a DIY strut assembly anchored into Northwestern Cedar and is made alongside an entire series of fixtures for homeowners and DIYers. The bottom picture shows their heavy-duty tab anchored in Douglas Fir with a cable backup assembly. All of Neslon’s fixtures exceeded all expectations of performance!
